ID verification Problem , My name was confirmed a N/A, CAN´T SOLVE!

This is the worse case than my verification failed.
Last week, I got my certificate in Coursera and it appeared:
  1. Coursera verified me as N/A N/A
  2. So, it does not require "ID Verification" again.
  3. There is no "Request a name change" in my account setting page
  4. Help center does´t work to contact with them, it appeared it wasn´t possible and I am using Chrome as navigator!
I have read many questions here , but I can´t find the chat online who people mentioned about a chat by mobile!

HELP!! Really need the certificates correctly!

Hi @DianaRueda15,

Yes, unfortunately, there is a known issue which prevents some learners from contacting the support team. The following link should take you to a page where there's a "live chat" window available on the bottom right. I've tested it, so I think you'll also be able to use it smoothly. You'll just need to log in and type your issue.

Don’t worry about your Certificate. The support team will certainly fix it.
