ID refuse and in the end send me this letter

We couldn’t verify the ID you submitted. For security purposes, we limit ID verification to 5 attempts. Visit the Learner Help Center for more information.

Hi @Tofig. Did you get your ID verified yet? If not, please visit this article in the Help Center: Solve problems with your verification. There is an option at the end of the article to "Contact us." Click that and follow the steps to send an email to the Coursera support team. Make sure you are logged in to your Coursera account when visiting the Help Center.

i also can't verify my ID and it seems i have exceeded the 5 limits. i had tried different method, direct taking of picture and upload. i am so fustrated right now.

I cannot verify my ID and a message was sent to me that I have exceeded the limit. I don’t know what I should do now. I visited the help center but there was no solution.

I contacted to help center but they didn't replied yet.

@Kulvir , as you can see, by reading some of the other posts here, the Help Center will eventually solve thos issue. Asexplained before, they are very busy now. You will have to wait until they get to you, however this is something that will be corrected.

Hi everyone, I have solved it in an online chat in “learner center”, thanks a lot to Coursera support team, I have sent them my ID and picture, one person has manually verified it, but I think it should not take a lot of time for them to reply

@Kulvir ,Yes, there is a tremendous amount of people taking courses now. This means there are many more people needing help. The Help Center isoverwhelmed with people needing help. They are doing the best they can, however it is taking a few days for people to get their problem solved.

I could not verified my account I tried 5 times but each tie my id did not vitrification.I followed the steps accurately with valid documents but I don't why my id did not verified. Its important to verify my id. i also followed the instruction given here and send them message but my problem are not solved yet.
