I have tried for more than 2 hours to verify my account but all the times it is getting failed at the end of verifying my face.
I have tried with passport, driver license and It all ended up in vain.

I am unable to reach you, I have followed all the steps but still I wasn’t able to reach you.
I have already raised an issue regarding my professional course before a month but there wasn’t any reply from you.

Support always responds, usually within a day, so I know you haven't contacted Support. Probably, you don't know how to since Support changed things due to COVID-19.
You need to go to the Help Center and search: learner support inquiry. Click on a link and scroll down until you see: More help. Click on that to open the contact form. You can't bookmark the Page, so you have to do this each time you need help.
