I need help

I am trying to get help from help center , but I hasn’t been available for 2 weeks now , always give me the message ( We are experiencing high volumes of learner support inquiries right now, so we are slower than usual to respond. We appreciate your patience! )

 

There is a technical problem in one of my courses & can’t find any one to ask him.

@Bassem Iskandar , please read this article. At the end you will find a small rectangle with blue writing and a small envelope icon that says, “contact us”. Press that and you will be able to fill out a report to the Help Center who will deal with this for you

@Bassem Iskandar , please read this article. At the end you will find a small rectangle with blue writing and a small envelope icon that says, “contact us”. Press that and you will be able to fill out a report to the Help Center who will deal with this for you

There is no small rectangle or envelope or even “Contact Us”, the message on top of the article ( We are experiencing high volumes of learner support inquiries right now, so we are slower than usual to respond. We appreciate your patience! ), with no link to contact anyone or send an email, I what could I do to get help ?!!!

 

@Bassem Iskandar I checked and there IS that “contact us” button. You are looking in the wrong place for it. It is not on top. You need to scroll through the article till you get to the end. You will find it there. Please let me know if you found it.

Here ae screen shots for my screen, there are no rectangles neither on top nor at the bottom, kindly is there any email to contact ?!!

I’m trying to make contact with help center for 2 days, still saw this “We are experiencing high volumes of learner support inquiries right now, so we are slower than usual to respond. We appreciate your patience!”. 

@Bassem Iskandar , you never logged in, this is why you haven’t been able to get help.

On top of the page, you see where there is a black rectangle? It is telling you to log in. Press the button it points to which says “log in”. Then you will be logged in. Afterwards, you can scroll to the bottom of the article as I told you, and will find the contact button.

I did log in and also I have used that service before. But now it is not working.

@MaryamKhalil , the words on top of their page ,that you are reading ,doesn’t mean you won’t be contacted it just means it might take longer. Have you been able to use the “contact us” button and were able to e mail them? You should hear back right away that your message was delivered.

It’s been two days that I can not make contact with support team. Yes I have used “contact us” before and they helped me about my problem. 

@MaryamKhalil you might have logged in, but the person who started this thread didn’t. I had addressed his issue there.

As for your concern, this is a weekend, and it seems as if they have less workers on a weekend. Did you try the “contact us” button? It’s there, at the end of the article. Please do that and someone will get back to you.

Maybe its because of the weekend, I will try it tomorrow too. Yes I tried “contact us”  month ago for my verification problem. But now I can’t see that button, probably there is no one from support team to answer my questions.

@MaryamKhalil , if you click onto the link of the article I highlighted log in and scroll to the end you should see that “contact us” rectangle. Try again...if not, then try again during the week. In hope you find success.

I clicked and restart the website lots of times. I will keep trying it during the week. Thanks for your help. I hope I will find someone from support team that can help me.

Sorry Judith, you don’t help by any means, I have logged any for sure & tried it many times (the same situation of MaryamKhalil) & haven’t any response & didn’t find any link to contact.

In the end, I tried to reply to an email sent from the Community team & I had got a reply “
Unfortunately, this is a technical issue that has been happening recently and our Engineering team is currently working to have it fixed. We currently have no estimated time for when this issue will be resolved, so we kindly ask for your patience on this matter”. 

This was a helpful reply, without searching for the rectangle many times.
