Hi, there are no subscriptions in my profile but Coursera has been charging me two months in a row USD 49. I want to subscribe for a specialization but I don’t want to have the risk now to be charged USD 49 twice a month. Please support!

Sorry to hear the subscription issue. If you didn't subscribe to any course, but it's getting charged means its seems like error you can contact the Coursera customer support where you can get refund for the course. You can check this help article here:- Request a refund
