How to confirm a subscription cancellation?

I want to check whether automatic payment canceled well.

To prohibit this problem, I regularly checked my account.

But I wasn’t able to figure it out. 

After receiving messages, I erased my credit card information.

Then, the course changed to deactivated. I can’t even click it. 

I want to check also about the cancellation of my credit card.

Please check this problem.
