How do I get help when a course doesn't work? Forum does not help.

I have seen the same question asked many times. Sometimes no answer for months. How do we get information about a course when the mechanisms of the course fail? I am supposed to submit a token to swirl when I finish an assignment, but it has started failing, and I will get no credit for finishing the assignments. Many people have had the same problem and there are no answers that actually provide a solution. Who sets up these courses?

If you are experiencing technical issues, you can contact the support team for help.

To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.​

Thank you. I did contact the help center and I did get a reply. I was told to post on the forum and wait ten days for a response. The problem is, all the posts on the forum are from people who are having the same kinds of problems, and there doesn’t seem to be any instructor or teaching assistant in reality to help us out. I would like to go on to week 2 now and not ten days from now.

So, I cancelled the course. I realize now there is actually nobody instructing or helping. Students post the same questions, the same level of frustration over and over, and nobody answers. To pretend this is a course with actual instructors is simply fraud.
