How can I get my money back?

It's my third month since I'm trying to find a way to contact Coursera, but it's impossible.
There is no customer support at all, the button "Contact us" doesn't work (see pic in attachment).

Every month since May 2019 Coursera has been charging me for $40 for a course I didn't subscribe and I've noticed it just now.

I would like Coursera to refund me money back.
Could you send me an email who can I contact to according to this question?

Oh, sorry to hear that. The "Contact Us" problem is a known issue. It has been depriving some learners of the support team. It is great that you found this community and posted your question here.

I have tested the following link. You'll need to use the "live chat" window to chat with a support agent. They'll sort it out.
