It's my third month since I'm trying to find a way to contact Coursera, but it's impossible.
There is no customer support at all, the button "Contact us" doesn't work (see pic in attachment).
Every month since May 2019 Coursera has been charging me for $40 for a course I didn't subscribe and I've noticed it just now.
I would like Coursera to refund me money back.
Could you send me an email who can I contact to according to this question?
