Help with logging in with ERROR 403

Hi Coursera community,
Actually, I was looking for contact email address for helping my issue. I was trying to log in my account to take the courses, Advance Machine Learning, but with the error shown as below.
It lasts for about 2 weeks, I guess this is because your server declined my access, but I paid monthly bills for my courses, I hope it could be solved ASAP, Thanks, appreciate for any solution here.

I did everything stated ehre in the replies except the last one as I am already using a supperted browser..which is firefox.

But still no luck :/

Many technical problems can be resolved with a few simple steps. Could you let me know if you’re still experiencing the problem after trying the steps below?
 

  1. Check that you’re using a supported browser. Coursera supports the most recent versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. You may need to update your browser.
  2. If you’re already using a supported browser, clear your browser's cookies and cache.
  3. Try switching to a different supported browser. We recommend Google Chrome.


If those steps don’t resolve the issue, please let me know. If possible, please attach a screenshot of the page on which you experienced the problem.

Still if your issue is not resolved means after getting help from a support agent, simply reply to the last email you received from the support agent to explain this. But don't submit new tickets about the same issue because it will create delay.

I can still access using VPN but that’s not how It should be done.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing while trying to access the site.  Thank you  very much for those screenshot! It has been useful indeed.  We have checked for you in your account and everything seems to be working fine on our end.  When analyzing the screenshot, we noticed there is the following error:

As far as I am able to read on the console, this 403 error is an error which usually comes up when the site you are trying to visit cannot establish connection. Your other sites may work, but certain sites won’t. Now there are several causes which could be the cause of the issue so you will have to follow each method and stop at the one that works for you.

I am sending you a link to instructions on how to handle this on your side.  Please try them and/or let us know if you still need more assistance.

Still no help from Coursera. Lots of errors with Forbidden 403 from people.

i reset my deadline and now all the assigngments are locked error 403. Ive remove cache and cookies but nothing works and neither do the Help urls Coursera shares. No phone number to call since this is case by case it seems.
