Hello! I have enrolled in Marketing in a Digital World course in the Digital Marketing specialization. I had a problem with my verification ID and i solve it last night by contacting with Coursera's support. I still can't get my certificate till now, despite the problem was solved. I entered my Gardes section and i got a grad which is 62.30%. Even though, in the overview section it is asking me to resume Week 1. So it makes no sense to me and i don't know what to do to get my certificate or to resume this week then i can get it, as i took the course with financial aid.

Hi @Nada Zaki,

Please click Grades on the left menu of your course page. Does it show you such a message?

  • If it does not say you have passed the course, you need to complete or re-submit the assignments.
  • If it says you have passed the course, the Certificate should be available on your Accomplishments page as explained here: Course Certificates
If it is not there, however, you'll have to contact the agents again to see what's wrong.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much @Maryam!
I just wanted to knwo how can i re-submit to the course? And in this case my progress will be deleted or not? I have taken financial aid for this course by the way.
You're welcome, @Nada Zaki.

You need to resubmit an assignment or re-take a quiz only if you have not received a passing grade for that item or if you want to get a better score. You don't need to complete all the items again.

To check the current statuses of them, please follow the steps that are provided here on this Help Article:

Sorry @Maryam this is the last question. The assignment that wasn't graded is a peer

review assignment and when i click on it this is what i get, so if i enrolled to the next session that means i will have to start the course from scratch, right?

@Nada Zaki, no worries.

No, you're not required to do every item again. You will not lose your progress. Switching to the next session will just change the deadlines so you will get a new set of deadlines.

This article didn't help me at all. I googled my problem an still can't find any button to enroll in the next session to finish that assignment. I can't figure it out. This is so annoying.
As I'm a community member/user just like you, I cannot put you in that session. But don't worry! Please contact the support agents and ask them to put you in that session. You can use this link to chat with them:

They will surely resolve it.
