I have enrolled for a specialization, I am currently in the trial period. My company is now ok to pay for it. Since my account will be charged every month, will I have an invoice each month so that my company can refund me?

According to this Help Article, "when you pay for a course, you'll get an email confirming your payment sent to the email address you use for your Coursera account. This email includes all your payment details". The word "when" probably means every time/month you pay.
