Hi dears, 

I have a financial aid issue, i already sent my problem to the support team and waiting for a solution. 

My issue that i can only apply to one course in any specialization or professional certificate. 

Then the financial aid option disappeared in the others. 

I tried another browser, tried to clear the cache and it still doesn't work. 

So please all i want to know if someone has this issue before me could tell me if it solved or not for him. And how much the estimated time.

Thanks in advance.

Note that i didn't start a free trial or applied for it once before. And the financial aid is available for these courses it only disappears for me. And already have a friend who applied for them before.

Hi everyone, the engineering team is already working on this issue so we hope that it is fixed soon. 

Since Coursera is already aware of the issue, now we can only wait until it is resolved.

Hey, I am also facing this issue recently. I contacted to Coursera Support and they said that , there must be another course pending, or another application for financial aid is pending. 

And I have None of These, Still facing the issue, If you find a way to get through it Please help me also .

@iam_niteshsaini since when you have this issue??

Contact the support team again, many people have this issue, they told me that the technical team are working on it and they can't determine a time frame for it unfortunately.

@Nouran A I guess its been 2-3 weeks I am facing this issue on certain courses not on every course. But a Friend of mine is not facing any kind of issue, and he applied for that course. 

Yes,  I contacted again yesterday to support. Waiting for the solution! Fingers Crossed

Maybe this will help clarify some of these issues. For example, you need to apply for financial aid for every course in the specialization. I hope this helps, of not, hopefully the Help Center will fix this.

Exactly, am facing the same problem too! :sob: couldn’t apply for the specific course (lets say course 3) in a Specialization/Professional certificate it reverts back to the first course (course 1) which i already earned a certificate Nor i could apply to two courses simultaneously (i mean one after the other) . If i tried to do, then 

Financial Aid option is disappearing automatically for course 2 after successfully applying for course 1 in a Specialization/Professional certificate.

Please help with this issue.

@Sai kumar.y exactly that what happens and it obviously a bug in the site many suffer from it 😭😭😭 i hope they fix it quickly or at least determine a time frame for it.

@Judith yes i read them all, but it is a bug the solution is not in our hands, only Engineer team who are able to fix it i wish i could know till when only because i need to finish the specializations before my graduation 😭😭

Hi there,

I’ve been granted Financial Aid, have followed all the rules. None of the following another course pending, or another application for financial aid is pending.

My course status  is still Audit.

I have contacted tech support, no reply or status change.

Is it any other solution for this?

I have strange problem with aid (looks like the same like the others) and also with peer review. I reviewed others and complete tasks. On main panel I have “5/5 assignments completed” and 98% completed and 20 min left (when I click it there is nothing left, but now I can see that my two assigments are not reviewed)… So I`m not sure what I can do? 

Also no one review my assigments for 3 days - I`m guessing maybe it is some problem with my account and that`s why no one can review it... I write in discussion panel  but there is no reaction. Not sure what I can do more. Maybe someone can check my account is it everything ok?
