I am filing a complaint against Coursera for fraudulently charging me even after I completed my specialisation. When I want to contact people from Coursera, there is no such provision through which I can speak to their representative or there is even no mail ID where I can mail. Mrs Laura, a Coursera representative who is active in this group, if you are seeing this post, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. This complaint will be in the public domain and I will ensure that no one takes Coursera courses by telling them that Coursera will fraudulently charge you for no reason, even after you completed your course, so, to keep your money safe do not ever enroll with Coursera. If other people have same grievances as I have, please comment on this post regarding it, so that Coursera gets a lesson for the fraudulent things it has been doing with us
