I am filing a complaint against Coursera for fraudulently charging me even after I completed my specialisation. When I want to contact people from Coursera,  there is no such provision through which I can speak to their representative or there is even no mail ID where I can mail. Mrs Laura, a Coursera representative who is active in this group, if you are seeing this post, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. This complaint will be in the public domain and I will ensure that no one takes Coursera courses by telling them that Coursera will  fraudulently charge you for no reason, even after you completed your course, so, to keep your money safe do not ever enroll with Coursera. If other people have same grievances as I have, please comment on this post regarding it, so that Coursera gets a lesson for the fraudulent things it has been doing with us

Hi @Kshitij_Shrivastava. I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble contacting our support team. I’ve checked our system and see that a support specialist was able to help you with this yesterday.

Similarly, @iamjtestdev, I’m sorry for your frustration. I see that you were able to speak with a support specialist, too, and they are looking into your issue.

Thank you both for your patience.

Bro Chill, There’s an Online chat Interface in the Help centre which pops up after a few seconds on the Bottom right hand side of the Webpage. It says click here to chat with us.

I’ll be doing the same for a different billing issue.  Their billing system is absolutely disgusting, and the supervisor found it funny that due to a system error, I won’t be getting my discounted rate (yea I’m kind of poor right now thanks to covid, so it meant a lot to get that rate).  People need to know what they’re getting into when they send their money to a company.  Problems happen, and how they are resolved is critical to deciding to support a company or not.

Hi,

Coursera charged my credit card, even after completing my specialization ""Electric Power Systems ".  As per my understanding, billing should stop once specialization is completed.

I have raised a request for  full refund of the unauthorised charge that has been made into my card.

It is astonishing to see that such payment issues keep happening to people in this community. Never imagined coursera would do anything like this.

HOw to I complain against Coursera ?

Hi @Payal Pancholi. There is no need to post here if you have contacted our support team. I see that they have already responded to your ticket.

For anyone else who needs to request a refund, please visit this Help Center article. We aren’t able to solve this issue if you post in this community – you’ll need to visit the Help Center and contact the support team there. Please make sure to log in at top right when you visit the Help Center.

Literally still waiting.  No one appears to be looking into anything.  You're standing 100% by not honoring your deal.
