I have been charged $39 every month since last year. I had signed up for a course in August 2020 and finished it in the same month. I am still being charged. I haven't taken any courses after that and the transaction doesn't show on my Courseera account. Seems like a fraud. I have removed my credit card details from my account, but still I am being charged. I have been charged total of $429 over 11 months. This is ridiculous. There is no way I am able to contact course era customer support. Might have to report as fraud, if my credit card details are leaked from Course era platform.
Looks like this is a consistent issue with Course era and I am not the only one facing this issue.
