Extra charges on my credit card $36

I have been charged $39 every month since last year. I had signed up for a course in August 2020 and finished it in the same month.  I am still being charged. I haven't taken any courses after that and the transaction  doesn't show on my Courseera account. Seems like a fraud. I have removed my credit card details  from my account, but still I am being charged. I have been charged total of $429 over 11 months. This is ridiculous. There is no way I am able to contact course era customer support. Might have to report as fraud, if my credit card details are leaked from Course era platform. 

Looks like this is a consistent issue with Course era and I am not the only one facing this issue.

I found that you have already received a reply from support on Friday, June 16th. I suggest looking in your email inbox and spam/junk folders for this reply. You can respond to that email with the information they requested from you in order to continue receiving assistance from support.

I have tried everything you mentioned last year after I finished my course. I have cancelled my subscription and removed my credit card details from my account. I am still getting charged. The articles are of no help. I have already tried all of those.

What is the solution here from course era side?

You have mentioned already tried all the methods I have suggested. But, Did you contact the Coursera customer support? If yes, what they have told regarding your issue. If not, please contact them through email in above reply I have mentioned how to contact them. Because, here we are community members like you and helping others. So, please again try to contact them. Hopefully, they will respond to your query.

I contacted them, but haven't heard back from the customer support team at Course era.

Sometimes, it will take some time to respond due to large number of queries. Please check in your spam filter any reply message you got from the Coursera customer support.
