I enrolled for the student university but my enrollment got deactivated  It says I have to pay money for the certificate while I enrolled it through student university program.

Hi @nikita sharma

If you have joined any learning program through your institution domain, you should find it by clicking on the small arrow beside the Coursera logo in the Coursera Home Page. You should be able to enroll into the courses sponsored by your institution for free from there.

However, make sure to ask your institution if the learning program that they have joined is still active or not. The one started last year during the pandemic has already ended on 30th September 2020.

If you are still unable to enroll for free, you may contact the Help Center.

To do so, click here. The option to write to them is given at the bottom of that article. Make sure you are logged in. Click on Log in at the top right of that page to log in. They will reach out to you very soon.

Hope your problem gets resolved.

For some reason I can’t join the course that I had. Do you think coursera closed the contract with my university? Because I have the page with university program courses but when I click onto them there is no button to “join”.

Hi @Boris Pavlenko . sometimes some learning program have a limit access to the courses . it’s better to contact your learning program .
