Double billed by Coursera for ONE YEAR - fraudulent at this point

Hello River and Coursera team,

I will be contacting my credit card company for FRAUD since you are continually overbilling my credit card for this Coursera education. I have emailed you over a dozen times on this. Previous to 2021, you refunded the double billing. Now for Jan Feb Mar 2021, you have not. Now I just got the first bill for April. PLEASE remove charges Jan Feb March  - and now April – as I was charged on March 7th and again on March 19h...Please refund these charges. Please fix this so it stops happening.


There are new UNAUTHORIZED charges from Coursera with my subscription:

Please refund the double-payments made AGAIN on January 19 of $52.97

(payment already made on January 7)

Please refund the double payment made AGAIN on February 19, 2021.

(payment already made on February 7)

Please refund the double payment made AGAIN on March 19, 2021.

(payment already made on March 7)

So a total of $$158.91 needs to be refunded. Please respond immediately. 


Thank you. The billing problems have been ongoing for A YEAR and must be fixed. The coursework is good, but this needs to be fixed to recommend this to others in my company.

Hi @LJNWFCS . make sure you dont have any active membership in your account you can see this pro tip to cancel any subscription to avoid unauthorized charge :
