I enrolled in the Indigenous Canada course and chose to go with the certificate option. I used my credit card to pay and it has been charged. I have an account with Coursera. I completed most of Module 1. However, when I log in, no course show up in my account. Same with purchases. As a result I cannot cancel my enrollment - it does not exist - nor can I cancel my payment - because my purchase does not exist...
And, no contact or help line to assist me with the issue. I read all the articles in the Help Center and my situation is not addressed. Does anyone know how to contact Coursera?

. Sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you haven't gotten it resolved, please go to this article in the Help Center: Solve problems with your Coursera account
and click "Contact Us" at the end of the article. Make sure you are logged in to your Coursera account when you visit the article. You will answer a few more questions and then have the option to contact a support agent.
By the way, I just finished Indigenous Canada and really enjoyed it – especially the last few modules. One of our support agents will be able to assist you so you can continue in the course!
