Coursera's Global Translator Community problems?

Badge +1
Hi,

I joined to GTC community, but I'm not able to send a post or update my profile. I get HTTP 401 and 404.

Maybe somebody knows what is going on? I can not find email on GTC site to help center.

Just letting everyone know that the GTC had been fixed as of last week, in case you're not subscribed to the GTC community emails. 🙂

I have no problems, @Kacper . Are you logged in? Can you not post in the Help forums?

Hi @Lochcarron I still can not post on forum. See attachment.

The same situation in "profile section".

Best to contact the Help Center then, @Kacper

I will do that.
Do you know how to get an e-mail to LC coordinator/Reviewer or how to write a message directly to one of them? I can not find that possibility on GTC site.
No, unless you know the language coordinator for your language. You are not using the Coursera app, right? @Kacper
For my language the coordinators can be contacted through a link at the bottom of the Overview page, @Kacper

When I click on my coordinator I can see his/him bio but I can not send a message and I do not see an e-mail.

How this subtitles workflow works when I submit my translation? The will be noticed about it?
My translated video does not have "Translation status" on 100% when I translated all the lines.

translate@coursera.org is the email address for translation and GTC issues, @Kacper Hopefully they'll be able to resolve these problems for you.

Hi all,

Unfortunately the GTC platform is currently experiencing several platform-wide bugs. Our teams are looking into the issues and we'll try to get you an approximate timeline on the fix as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience!
