A couple of months ago I saw I was charged by Coursera for a class I never took. I went to my account, confirmed I had not taken any classes, deleted my information and my account. Now, I checked my bank account to see that Coursera has still been charging me (up to almost $750 in total) even after I deleted my account (AND despite never having taken any classes in the first place...). Would really like a refund on this-- especially since I’ve read through some posts and know this hasn’t just happened to me-- but since I deleted my previous Coursera account I had to create a new one to even write this post

Hello-- I have repeatedly tried this option and it is not helping me at all. To date, Coursera has charged me about $1215 even after I cancelled subscriptions and deleted my account. There is no effective contact page for me to request this refund back. Since this is such a hefty amount I think it is agreed that it is very unfair for me to not get this money back and to be continuously charged $80 a month. I have tried contacting my bank about this as well but they can only do so much themselves. 

 

Is there anyone I can speak to on the phone for a more immediate and effective response?

Hi @Mikha Harly , @elishanatalie here we are just learners the only way to contact coursera agent and the the best option to resolve technical issues or asking for a refund is via email and sometimes maybe you will see the chat button , make sure you are login to your account you will find fill out our contact form , at the bottom of the page click on it and after submit your email query : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera
