I'm originally from Syria, but has been living in Lebanon about10 years,
I'm planing to apply for the Bachelor of Science in Computer program on Coursera from the University of London once the registration open.
I did read unde: Valid photo IDs must:
-Be from a non-restricted country
and in the page it says that Coursera does not allow users in Syria to access the courses!
do I need to be verified on Coursera ? to be able to take the Program? if yes :
will my registration certificate from UNHCR work ? since it's in English and Arabic and has registration and expire date, Unlike my ID, it's only in Arabic and the picture on the ID was taken when i was 14 year old,
in my case As a Syrian who's living in Lebanon, can i still Apply to the Bachelor of Science in Computer program on Coursera ?
many thanks to the community and for helping out.

I am so sorry to hear that you are a refugee.
Your best bet to deal with your questions is to contact the Help Center. Use the link at the top right here and keep asking until you get a live person to chat with, or the option to email.
Hi @Lochcarron thank you, I did as you suggested,
from the support they told me: your account was already verified using your name only,
and since it's not asking your ID you are good to go till it asks you when you try to enroll in the program, and when it does ask for your ID, contact us again. View original
