Coursera charged my credit card, even after completing my specialization. As per my understanding, billing should stop once specialization is completed.
I have raised a request for full refund of the unauthorised charge that has been made into my card.
It is astonishing to see that such payment issues keep happening to people in this community. Never imagined coursera would do anything like this.
Even more annoying - they don't have a single visible link in their entire website to raise a service request - actually they have, but it is hidden in this page : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/208280266-Refund-policies and you need to click on Contact Us button. Why dont they have a direct link to create service requests ?
