Coursera charged me but transaction is not reflected in my account

I took free trial for some courses and canceled them before the free trial deadline. I got charged twice the course payment amount today but the transaction record is not reflected in my coursera account. There is not even a helpline to discuss this. I feel cheated. Is there any way that I can know for which course I got charged?
