Hi all, 

 

I am within the 180 days to finish my course for Art of Vocal Production, my last assignment that was due was a peer review before I could get my certifcate. It showed me I had a deadline of August 3rd. It is now August 3rd I tried to do my peer review and it is showing that my course has been locked and I am unable to reset my deadline. My 180 has not passed so I am not sure what exactly is going on.

Facing the same issue. Course is locked (Teamwork Skills: Communicating Effectively in Groups). Unable to reset deadlines. Would appreciate some help!

@MamyPoko , @jbranco , As a community member like you, I have found that when this happens , I reach the Help Center and they will solve this. Here is how I was able to contact help:

 At the end of this article, I saw a small rectangle outlined in blue with a little envelope in it that says “contact us” written in blue.

When I pressed it, I was able to write for help. I hope this works for you.

Thanks a lot @Judith, I managed to write to the support team through the Contact Us button and they moved me to the next session. I can now submit my assignment.

@MamyPoko I am so glad you found a “contact us” button! I am sorry my link didn’t show it to you but glad you looked further to find it. It seems that we don’t always see the same thing . 

It is also wonderful that you were moved to the next session as a result.
