I’m still new with Coursera and I recently enrolled to a professional certificate program by Coursera partnered with Facebook but I can’t enroll to the last two courses saying that “course limit reached”. What should I do? I can only enroll until October 31 because my enrollment is sponsored by an organization.

Thank you in advance!!

@Elle I cannot answer your question, I’m sorry. If no one responds, please ask the Help Center. Go back to the article I sent you and scroll till you see either a link to e mail, or a small rectangular box with a little envelope icon in it that says contact us. Press that and ask someone. Hopefully you’ll have an answer soon.

@Elle , This article will hopefully help you understand this:

Thank you @Judith but it says:

“When you join Coursera as part of a learning program, there may be a limit on how many courses you can enroll in per year.“

But I can still enroll to other courses. The problem is I wanted to enroll a specific full program of a Professional Certificate but I can’t because the two courses under the program is unfortunately unavailable.

What does this mean though?

“To create an open spot for a new course, you'll need to un-enroll from one of your currently active courses first. You can only unenroll from a course within the first 14 days after you enroll.”

Do I have to unenroll a course under the same program after I received a certificate and completed it to access the fourth course? If I do that, will it affect my credits to have a professional certificate?

Please refer to the picture above. The courses with no green colors are the courses that I can’t enroll with.

Thank you so much for answering.
