Anyone  i need some help,i cannot get to my

course  where i left it  Google IT support

Did you find out? So you subscribed through monthly base, please check the below help article about payment and see your "My Purchases" page is inactive.

🔹Solve problems with Payments

 

Please check whether you have Two Accounts. As per the Coursera Honor Code, you must have one active Account. Try to Clear cache and cookies and see. And, Try to logout and login through registered e-mail ID and see whether you can able to see your course in Learning Dashboard. You can have a look at this PRO TIP article here:-

In case still if you are facing the problem means you will need to contact the Coursera Help Center who can help you to resolve your problem. To do, please go through the below help article:-

Hello, 

My course on Vital Signs has disappeared, Penn University. I selected the free option, but I am going to purchase the certificate, upon completion. I’m 4 weeks in and have put in lots of time. Can you please help me?

I have it sorted now, I done the usual. Put in a different email and obviously thought, it couldn’t be me! Thanks for a speedy reply. All is sorted.
