That’s a good question , but i sign up for a small monthly fee i am going find out

Did you find out? So you subscribed through monthly base, please check the below help article about payment and see your "My Purchases" page is inactive.
Please check whether you have Two Accounts. As per the Coursera Honor Code, you must have one active Account. Try to Clear cache and cookies and see. And, Try to logout and login through registered e-mail ID and see whether you can able to see your course in Learning Dashboard. You can have a look at this PRO TIP article here:-
