Hi!

 

I was studying a course and I almost finish it and now my advance was eliminated and it doesn’t appear the subscription in my account. It isn’t mentioned in my status courses and I need to subscribe in it and did it again. What can I do to recover my original advance in this course?

Hi @MBP

Please refer to this article to learn about subscription cancellations. It says:

After you cancel you won't be able to access paid course materials in that Specialization (including graded assignments). You'll keep any Certificates you earned while subscribed. Work you did in unfinished courses will reappear if you subscribe or pay for the Specialization again.

If you think this is a mistake, and your subscription is somehow cancelled, please reach out to the Help Center
