Course bugging?

Every time (this week) I start my course on Dinosaur 101 the video keeps playing back and glitching?

What do I do?

I also use Coursera on an I phone so it’s not the internet??

Sorry to hear that. Here are my suggestions:

1- Please first take a look at this Help Article. It provides some useful tips on how to deal with video problems:
2- If you're using the Coursera mobile app (not a browser), you may find the last section of this Help Article helpful:
3- If the issue still persists after following those steps, then the issue might be a course problem. So you can flag the videos using the flag icon. You can also report it to a support agent if you believe that is not really related to your device, the internet connection, and your browser. To do this, you'll need to click "Contact Us" at the end of the article: Report a problem with a course
