Completed courses page incomplete/inaccurate?

I have a contact on LinkedIn who reached out to me as I am a mentor for a course here on Coursera. Here problem / question is why does her completed specialization and courses not appear on the Completed Courses? Here is what she said:

"I was enrolled in the deep learning specialization. I finished it and have received all the certs and gotten the necessary grades. However it does't say what will happen to my subscription once I finish and since I don't wish to be charged for the upcoming cycle I cancelled my subscription. However the specialization does not show on my completed courses"

I've been aware of this for some time; I resigned myself that this was just incomplete. However, I thought I would ask here if it is a known problem and will be solved, or if there is a workaround?

Yes, this is a known issue, happening to most of us. There’s a thread on it in the mentor portal: https://www.coursera.org/learn/mentor-community/discussions/forums/h399IGsAEeaCGg6yFX-30w/threads/nRNersi4EeiSoRJoAEs0XA

Quite a few of us reported it to the help centre. We were told that it’s been worked on but it’s been months now, I think. It would be great if perhaps you and your learner could also check with help centre and see what they are saying now? You know, the more people report it, there’s a better chance that it could get prioritized. :)

Best to advise your contact to talk to the Help Center. They deal with technical issues that are outside a mentor’s ‘job’ description. Hope she gets it solved

Hi all

This thread is displayed as Solved, but as a matter of fact I have the exact same problem.

I completed successfully several courses and I even have the certificates, but in the Completed courses section there is a whole bunch of nothing.

The above mentioned thread seems to have disappeared as well. Any hints on how to solve this?

@Hausa This is a technical issue that Coursera is still working to resolve. The "solved" label is a bit confusing, as it's actually referring to the fact that the original question has a "best answer" here in the community forum.

Having same problem here. I am not seeing any completed courses listed in my profile -- despite having completed a course and receiving the certificate.

@Hausa just to add Laura’s excellent response, the thread I mentioned is in mentor portal where only Coursera mentors can access. I know the original poster of this thread is a mentor.

The best for everyone would be to keep checking with Help Centre as I mentioned in my earlier response here and hopefully, they will prioritise the issue to resolve faster perhaps. @DougCGST2
@eafpres I am not positive that this is permanent, but for the moment, they seem to have fixed this issue. I have a, near as I can tell, correct list of completed courses again. 😐
