Completed courses do not show in specialization

Hi,

My question:
I completed the first two courses of the Data science specialization from Johns Hopkins (The Data Scientists' Toolbox, R programming) some time ago. The are listed at my profile as completed. I enrolled to the Data science specialisation last week but the two courses are not marked completed within the specialization. Could you change that? Or what can I do to correct that previously completed courses are taken into account?

I looked through the Help Center but could not find an answer to my question. The "Contact Us" Link gave a 404 error.

Thanks for your support.

Hi @HN123,

Sorry to hear that. You may find this Help Article useful, especially the "Count previously completed courses toward a Specialization" section.
However, if this does not cover your case, you will then have to contact the support team.

Yes, the "Contact Us" buttons are taking some learners to error pages. This is a known issue. You can use this link. You'll need to log in and chat with the support agents.

All the best.
