Changing name on Coursera certificate

I changed my legal name. My coursera certificate has my previous name. Will I be able to change the name on my certificate?

i want to change my name on certificate but i can not find an option of request a name change

 

 

They change my name in less than 10 min . You just need to chat with the support member 

Click on the link -> you will see a chat option in bottom right corner -> here you can mention your problem and they will assign you a chat support.

Hi @claydsouza99, 

To change the name, you need to click Request a name change on your Account Settings page. Please make sure you’ve followed these steps: I want to change my name on my Course Certificate

I followed the instruction.  I can not find the button/link that says request a name change.

4 days ago i had updated my id verification
But i don't know why my name in certificate is showing "EPIC". I am also not getting the option of uploading my id again.
Its my request that please recheck my id and update my name.

Hello my Name is Prajwal Teja D S 

I have completed course of digital marketing

And I have verified my account but some technical problems lead to wrong name in certificate I have given an Indian resident I'd it's an aadhar card in card I have an name as "Prajwal Teja D S" But they put an name as DOB which means Date Of Birth in short form they have look into up on it then can see my as Prajwal Teja D S in English and kannada which is our regional language

Please help to verify my name and give an certificate with name of Prajwal Teja D S please look into this it's my academic issue  this problem is effect my academic life there no fault from myself please I'm requesting you very helplessly please look in this matter.

Community formf replys to contact to support team, i have doubt that did they really have support team

Its almost 24 hours and yet i didn't get any reply form coursera, please help me

Hi, I want to change my name on the certificate but there is no option to do so. and I have to submit my certificate to the school soon to attain credits. I just need to change a letter on my certificate and it’s so difficult.. why is there no chat support available?

Hello there! I have a problem with the certificate. I was identified using my passport, but my name was saved in the wrong format. Not even in Russian! It should be written:"Казанов Герман Евгеньевич", and instead: "GERMAN EVGEN9EVI3 KAZANOV". I don't know what to do. Is it possible to change the information about my first name, last name and patronymic? Is there no way I can influence this situation? Thank you in advance for your answer!

Hello @melissatwt and @KazanovGerman. Please look at @NEWUSER’s reply for the solution to your issue. 

You can also contact support if you enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.
