Hello everybody,

I am enrolled for the course "Operations Analytics" by University of Pennsylvania.
Since I couldnt finish the course last year due to private issues, I want to change the session now.

But whenever I click "Change Session" the new enrollment date is in the next week.
Clicked it last week and it said "17th June 19". Now I clicked it today (18th June) and it says 22th of June for the next enrollment.

The Course Info page says "Already enrolled", so I cant enroll again there.

Can you help me on that?
I would really like to finish the course.

technical support enrolled me for a new session and I can finish the course now.

Hi @bjrnj. This sounds strange, indeed. Did you figure it out? If not, you can visit the Help Center. You should be able to contact a support agent if you click "Contact Us" at the end of this article and go through the steps: Report a problem with a course.

If I click on "Contact Us" I get an error page saying:

[h4]"We can't seem to find the page you requested. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."[/h4]

Checked the "Change Session" option for the course again today.
Now it says "Enrollment starts 13. Jul".
2 days ago it was "29. Jun"...

So I still cant change the session

Hi!! I have exactly the same problem with the course " Improving statistical inferences" by DTU. I have sucessfully passed 6 out of 8 lectures but couldn t make it for the deadlines for the last 2. My grades and final exams are locked.Each time that i am trying to change the session, i get the message that the next session starts a month later. I cannot enroll, as I am already enorolled

Hi @bjrnj, I'm sorry for the issues you're having. Thank you for this information.

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies and/or accessing the Help Center article from another browser?

@amavroidi Did you try clicking on the "Contact Us" button at the end of the "Report a problem with a course" article that I linked to? It should take you through some steps then give you a way to connect with a support agent. Please let us know if this works for you.

Hi Laura,

I tried to clear Cache and Cookies and tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome now.
I cant enroll for a new session + the "Contact Us" Button at the end of every Help Article gives me the page not found error.

Can't you just reenroll me for the course manually?
I dont want to unenroll from the specialization, because I'm afraid I'll lose my progress.

Maybe this has sth to do with the change from a session based system to the new one?

Thank you for your help so far.
I hope we can figure this out because I'd really like to finish the course and take the next step in this specialization soon.

I have been seen your post and I have the same problem to change the session in a course in the Data Science Specialization program. I already clean the cookies and the Cache from mi laptop but I still can´t change from session.

Also tried to contact you but your contact page leads to a 404. Could you help me please?
