Hello! I’m currently enrolled in 3 different courses and specializations, my 7 day trial to coursera -plus has just ended despite me filling in my paypal and card details as well, the payments just dont go through after trying multiple cards, The payment page only shows debit/credit card and paypal as the only payment options in India, it doesnt show UPI/Paytm or any other, so am currently stuck without being able to continue my courses. any help is appreciated!

I am unable to make payments through any cards or any bank UPIs. Please get this issue resolved ASAP, give us an alternative means of choice, the course I was trying to sign up by paying for is Google Data Analytics, it doesn’t have an audit option, please give an audit option so that we can start learning and not just wait hoping for the issue to get resolved in 5 months!

I'm facing the same issue, if your issue has been resolved please share how did you resolve it.

I've subscribed to the Google Data Analyst course and took the 7 day free trail with my Debit card which is a MasterCard. After completion of 7 days the email for the recurring payment issue came in. Now I'm stuck as I couldn't make payment from the same card, as well as with an international credit card which is a Discover card(accepted card). I can't see any option for payment by UPI or PayTM, as well as using PayPal. Please help me to solve this issue.

Hello @Harshabh G, I’m sorry to hear about that.

If you are in India, PayPal is not available as a payment method; I would suggest contacting support for help with this.

To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.

Hello Im Sampada, even I am facing problems with debit card payment. If many indian subscribers are facing this issue, how are they continuing with course curriculum? my subscription has been inactive due to payment error. Unfortunately I am not even getting an option to pay with BHIM/ UPI.

Thank @Archisha Bhar, I’ve gone through all the articles and threads but still, the problem remains the same for me as well as others who are in India. I’ve shared the same concern with the Help Center as well. Looking forward to resolution.
