Cant cancel subscription

When I go into my account under my purchases nothing shows up. I have tried to cancel and have tried going into my laptop, phone, different browsers and I can’t seem to cancel this subscription. I’ve been charged for two months because I simply can’t figure out how to cancel because every single instruction sends me to the website and the purchases section and NOTHING shows up. I can’t find a phone number. So can someone please give me someone to speak to ? Someone who can cancel my subscription please?!?

Sorry to hear that! Once you open the My Purchases page you will see Manage Subscription tab next to that click the Cancel.

But you can't able to see nothing in My Purchases page means then you will need to contact the help center who can help you to resolve your problem. To do, please go through the below help article here:-

And make sure you are login into account and you will see (technical or accessibility issue, you can email us here) click on that and submit your query via email. Supporting team will get back to you as soon as possible and they will fix it. Hope this helps you.
