cannot reset deadlines (no session available) for a subscription based specialization

I’m enrolled in the python specialization by University of Michigan. However, I cannot reset deadlines (which was set in September) for course 3, 4, and 5. It shows that no session is available. I’m wondering that since I have paid for the specialization, how I could obtain my certificate of completion now? What should I do in this situation and who should I contact? Thanks!

Hi @isabelx . if no session availabe you will be notified when the next session start . but you can contact the customer support to switch your session and help you to reset your deadlines you will find email us button at the bottom of the page and make sure you are login to your account before submit your email query : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera
