every lab I try to set up to connect to a windows VM in the cloud does not work (cannot connet). I've cleared the Cache\Cookies etc. I've tried to connect over and over again until the Lab times out. Now I can connect to the Linex VMs. I was in the Technical support fundamentals course, week 3 creating a folder in windows. I also cannot connect for peer review or the review a peer. What do I do? If it does not work I cannot complete my courses on time.
