Cancelled subscription still shows in "My Courses"

I cancelled a subscription I made to a course since I will not be able to follow it with the work I have right now, and I am already following a different course, simultaneously.

However, my subscriptions page keeps reloading with the message that my cancellation has been successful, yet the course shows in my homepage. The course page also does not show the "Enroll" button.

I need to apply for financial aid whenever I am going to start this course, this no longer seems to be an available option to me and would my trial week be exhausted in this case?

Hi @J Tennakoon. Sorry to hear about this. Did you get it resolved? Usually the best and quickest way to get technical support is the Help Center. Make sure you are signed in to your Coursera account when you visit.
