Cancel "reset my deadlines"

I mistakenly clicked on reset my deadlines button and I can't access to the course materials right now. Is there any way to undo it?

Hi everyone, you can contact support to get help with this.

To do so, enter the Help Center and log in from the top right corner. Then, look for the option to contact “Contact us” at the bottom of this article.​

Hi @Sabal,

Welcome! The "Reset my deadlines" button is not always available. The system makes it accessible when a learner does need to get a new set of deadlines. And, no, you cannot undo it yourself.

If it has created an undesirable situation in your case, please report it to the support agents using this link. They should be able to fix it.

Hi Maryam, the link in your post where we can report to support agents that we would like to undo our resetting of deadlines is no longer working. I was going to spend the weekend working through a machine learning course, now all content is blocked. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem. I mistakenly clicked the “reset deadline” button on my phone app, and all the content is blocked… I’d like to revoke my resetting of deadlines.
