Can´t reset deadline

I just subscribed for Data Science Specialization from John Hopkins University and can´t seem to reset my deadlines of “The Data Scientist’s Toolbox” course.

I started the course before subscription, but haven’t conclude any quiz or assignment , so I have no grade for this first course.

I can see the “reset deadlines” button at Coursera app (IOS), but nothing happens when I click it. When in the website, after clicking the “...”, I see “switch session” option, but when I access it, doesn't show any date available for enrollment.

Any tips on what to do?

This can be a bug if the button does not exist or if it is not working properly. You can use this link to report it. Please log in, type your query in the window, and chat with the support agents.

I have the same problem, but I cannot see even the reset deadline button on my application and on the PC....
And the Coursera Customer Service has no email address clearly reachable....I really don't know what to do!

Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue using the web browser client. I enrolled to a guided project to have at my dashboard. Tried to access to its contents a couple of weeks after and it turns out deadlines has passed, and everytime i try to reset them I get a message saying “Something went wrong. Please try again.” what can I do?

Hello there. In my case, the “Reset the Deadline” button appears on the screen. But on clicking the same, nothing happens and a message keeps popping up saying “Something Went Wrong. Please try again”. What should i do now as I have already completed half of the course and not able to access the assignments now. Please help me as soon as possible.

Same thing for me!

I had to stop 1 week before the deadline, and now I can’t reset it. I can click on it, but I get the “Something went wrong..” message. And then nothing else.

And apparently there is no way to contact anyone from coursera to get any help or support.

I’m also facing same issue, at first it do not display reset button on home page of the course, and when I opens the remaining assignment page, it asks to reset the deadline, on clicking on it, “Something went wrong” is displayed. And when I opens the Grade tab, it displays “The Course is Ended” and I’m unable to open any assignment instead.

I am having the same experience. I missed my deadlines and now my courses are locked. The instruction said that I need to reset my deadlines in order to finish the course. But whenever I click the "Reset My Deadlines" button, the page goes to “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Any help on this? I cannot find “Contact Coursera” at all either.

I am also facing similar issues. I have missed my deadlines due to an internship program and now I cannot continue with my course brcause it has gone Ovverdue.

I finally found a way to connect to the Coursera staff. My issue is solved after I sent them a message through the “email” link in this: https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera
