can't access course 2 of foundation of project management professional certification specialisation

Hi there, I have enrolled in foundation of project management a professional certification specialisation by Google where I have completed course 1 but I can't able to access second course of the same specialization and it is asking for enroll again for second course, please help me how can I continue my learning. Thank you!

Hi @Arshasif  . how do you enroll in the course ? there is many reason why you cant access to the course :

1-  sometimes you can’t access to the course because you enrolled through financial aid and if you apply for financial aid from the home page of the specialization you are just applying for the first course and you need to apply to every course in the specialization to gain access to all courses : Apply for Financial Aid or a Scholarship

2- some courses have a sessions and you need wait until the session start or contacting customer support to switch your session .

3- some learners have issue with their payment method you their subscription canceled automatically until they update their payment method.

you can contact customer support to help ,make sure you are login to your account you will find fill out our contact form at the bottom of the page click on it and after submit your email query : https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/360036160591-Get-Help-with-Coursera
