At the moment, there's a yellow banner on the Help Center pages, explaining that some learners are experiencing issues with course pages loading. I suppose that's why you're unable to go to your course.
If the issue persists, you can contact a support agent and ask when they'll fix it exactly. To do this, you'll need to follow the steps that are provided here on this thread: How to get technical help with Coursera
