After canceling the subscription, payment still happened

Hi guys,

Do you know how to contact the support team of coursera per Email. I have cancelled my subscriptions at the second day of the month, but still the payment happened in my card. Do you have any idea who can help me with this issue? Thanks a lot for the help in advance.

@AnnieHan77 you need to reach someone at the Help Center who will help you.

Log in.

Scroll down till you see where the link to e mail is and reach them.Sometimes, this link doesn’t work. If it doesn’t, then scroll to the end passed the yellow thumbs up signs, where are you will see a small box with a little envelope icon in it that says contact us. Press that box and you’ll be able to contact someone. This is happened to other people and it was resolved. I’m sure you will be able to get this corrected.
