Active courses do not show up on account.

I am enrolled on a course and have paid for the certificate. I began the course one week ago and yesterday I completed week 1.
This morning I signed onto my account and cannot find any 'active' courses.

Hi Magela,

Did you sign into Coursera the same way? Perhaps you have accidentally set up two separate accounts. You won't see the progress you have made if you signed into a different account. Try Check for a second Coursera Account: https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/208279596-Check-for-a-second-Coursera-account

Following what Pat said, if account signing was not an issue, you may benefit from this thread: https://coursera.community/community-help-questions-40/completed-courses-page-incomplete-inaccurate-274 . There was an issue on this for a long while but last time I checked a couple of weeks ago, it seemed to be fixed. If it’s not fixed for everyone, it may be best for you to contact the help centre for a live chat by clicking the Help Centre on the top right corner of this community page. Hopefully, they will get it fixed.

Sir I had enrolled few courses and had even completed till week 3 of Digital Marketing course. But this morning I found all my courses had vanished and nothing was there. It gives deep pain when you search so much and select the best courses and finally you find one day everything is gone. I am very sad sir. Please help me out as I am unable to find any of my old things😢😢😢😢 It is asking to enroll everything again

Sorry to hear your trouble. Have you checked all the red circled areas by clicking on them for your courses like in the screenshot below?:

 

 

If you checked those sections and still don’t see anything, then you need to contact the Help Center by clicking the top right corner of this web page. I hope this helps.

Sir I have checked everything like progress, enrolled courses but couldn't find my courses. I have written to help centre and waiting for their response. I have written it and attaching the screenshot for your reference.

Please see if something can be done as I wanted to do those courses.

Hello @Edwin German , @Mallika Gupta and everyone,

Sometimes, clearing cache and restarting your computer could help for such technical issues. Also try different computers if some security feature in some of your devices might be blocking the appearance of the course lists. If those things don’t help, you just need to contact Help Center for such technical issues as explained here: https://coursera.community/community-help-questions-40/important-read-this-before-posting-a-technical-support-inquiry-9505

Only one of my courses dissapear, i try all the things what you mentioned but didn't work

@Edwin German , did you check the “Completed” section and “Accomplishments” section in your course lists as in the screenshot (red circles( I provided above? If it’s not in those sections, then you need to wait for the Help Center. I hear that Help Center is quite backed up. There may be some waiting time. Also it’s a long weekend in the US (i.e. Monday is a holiday). Hopefully, they will get back to you eventually. If not, you can chase them up after some days. All the best.

We checked every section like progress, completed etc but nothing is showing up.

I tried on different laptops n even on phone but no courses show up.

I contacted Help center but they say the same thing.

Now what should we do? We are at loss sir...

I am not a staff at Coursera actually. I was just volunteering to help you. It sounds like a technical problem and you just need to chase it up with the Help Center. You can ask them what to do next. 

However, I do know that this problem should not prevent you from accessing your courses. If you check your email inbox, if you had been following some threads in the discussion forums of your courses or if you received any other emails from the course, you could click on the links via your emails. They should take you to the discussion forums of your courses. Then you can access to the course lectures from the course website.

Same problem. I paid for my courses and they all vanished

I opened my page with "my courses" but the course supporting children with difficulties in reading and writing, the one I was enrolled in, and my other two paid courses has disappeared and cannot be found nor in active, past, closed courses...nowhere. Who can I contact to get help with this? I have the receipt of my purchase and I was at the second of 6-week course.

Hi @Edwin German, thank you for the update. Have you only seen this error today? Or has it been occurring for some time? Coursera experienced a brief outage earlier today and this has temporarily affected some things. If it has just been happening today, then I think this could be a result of the outage. If it has been happening many days, then we need to investigate further.

Hi, I have the same issue. Could anyone help to fix it? I am about to finish the Week 4 of SQL for Data Science, but it disappeared just now.  I am a yearly subscriber and I am really disappointed with this kind issue happening on Coursera.  :sob:
