Anybody here could help me out in solving my course fee payment issue..

Don't worry about it, @Anum Sarrwar. These things happen. I thought your problem was sorted out.

Please first take a look at this Help Article. It covers some useful points regarding this process:

However, since it is an important issue, I would suggest that you consult the Help Center, too. The agents can help you get a definite answer. So, click the link, select the "payments and refunds" and follow the instructions.

@Maryam AOA. I am doing specialization in graphic designing.. I have mentioned my credit card number in account details. My monthly deductions for course fee took place at 4th of each month.. this time online transaction on my debit card wasn't active so I couldn't pay my fee. N get a deadline of date 11.01.19 . Now I have activated online transaction service on my debit .. Soo the point of my interest is that do they (coursera) will automatically deducte my fee now or I have to pay it through another way.. 😶 please help me

Hi everyone,

Does any one know how i can be refunded back ? i went into my account and went into the purchases section as advised but can't find the refund option. I subscribed just 2 days ago with $49 deducted from my account and got the subscription cancelled today. Wouldn't know if this has happened to anyone before.
